We reply within 2 business days. It helps enormously if you include:

- a screenshot if the problem is something you can see
Common questions
Where did my puzzle go?
Your grid saves automatically, every mark. Each size keeps one puzzle on the go at a time — tap that size again from Play → (your pack) → (your model) and you’ll be exactly where you left off, marks and all.
Why can’t I start a new puzzle?
Starting a puzzle costs energy, and energy is charged up front. If you’re short, the game will tell you how much you need. Energy refills on its own over time, so coming back later is usually all it takes.
How does energy work?
It regenerates steadily in real time, up to a maximum. Because it’s tied to the clock, changing your device’s date or time can make it behave strangely — setting the clock back can appear to cost you energy you’d already earned.
Energy is only ever spent on starting a puzzle. Assembling and painting a model are free.
I paid for a pack and don’t have it
Go to Store → Restore Purchases. That re-checks your purchases with Apple and re-grants anything you own. It’s also what to use after reinstalling the app or moving to a new device.
If it still doesn’t appear, email us with the date of purchase and we’ll sort it out.
I reinstalled and lost my progress
Progress is currently stored on your device and tied to an anonymous account, so deleting the app removes it. Purchases are the exception — those live with your Apple ID and come back via Restore Purchases.
Accounts that carry progress between devices are on the roadmap.
Why can’t I paint part of my model?
Some voxels sit in pockets that no camera angle can reach — inside a channel, or behind a wall of the model itself. Those don’t need painting, and they don’t count toward finishing. If a face you can see won’t take paint, use the rotate (⟳) and flip (⇅) buttons to bring it toward you, then tap it.
What is the daily mini?
One object, every day, free: solve it, assemble it, paint it. Everyone gets the same object on the same day, and it changes at midnight your time. It costs no energy and doesn’t affect your progress toward a build.
Where are my finished models?
The Trophy Room, on the home screen. It also keeps a lifetime count of the nonograms you’ve solved at each size.
Deleting your data
Email privacy@otfdp.com and we’ll remove anything we hold. See the Privacy Policy for what that is.
The app crashed
Sorry — please tell us. What we most need is what you were doing just before it happened, and whether it happens again if you repeat those steps. Your device and app version help too.
